Your privacy is of the most importance to us, which is why every item you order from BlissStar is packaged in a plain box. Whether it is the nosy neighbor or the gossiping postman, it is impossible to snoop on what is inside the package. You are the only one who knows what is in the box.

What will the package look like? 

If you ordered large or multiple items, we will package them in plain brown boxes; if you ordered small items, we will package them in a padded bubble mailer. 

There are no logos or product names on the box. The only markings on the package are your address and shipping label, and no reference to BlissStar. 

What if I have annoying roommates? 

 Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Once there is an estimated delivery date was provided by the tracking site, please keep an eye on it. 

 You can also contact the local post office to request that the package be held for you to pick up, or to specify the delivery date or location.
